CoW Stage 2 Package is WoW
Gotta give props to Chuck at CoW...I got his Stage 2 package installed on Friday (the day after the tornado, lol)...LG long tube headers w/ hi flow cats, Vararam Snake Charmer Intake, Low Temp Stat, and a tune from the master...all I can say is I gave him a car and he gave me back a beast...the sound that comes out of my Corsa Sports is what I was looking for from the beginning...anywhere I go in town the thing turns heads...and I even got good gas mileage driving it home on the highway (23 mpg)...
I got some pics from the install that I'll post up later...he was nice enough to give me a couple good poses...overall it was a great experience, even though it was a very long day for my friend and I ...but now everybody wants a ride in it...
Thanks again Chuck

Those pics aren't legit. Chuck just posed holding the headers to make it look like he did the install. We all know he sits in front of his computer for hours, hacking into Norad and other government databases.
Chuck and the whole CoW team are great and do excellent work. I am not suprised about your complete satisfaction.

Yes, he does look like Adam Sadler!
I also noticed from the photo that LG no longer has those stupid flanges that are supposed to hook up to the bell housing. Mine didn't even come close to the bell housing so I didn't bolt them down, plus, if you bolt them down the headers will be over constrained which will lead to cracking over a long period of time.

That is amazing.
So are LG's. But I have Kooks. I wonder if Chuck would be up for a comparrison. I will dyno, get an install of the LG's and redyno....I'm interested in the difference in the low end especially on the L92 heads.
I guess I should install the L92's first to have a test car.
I'm not kidding.
Up for the info quest Chuck?
Dave Busch from Cartek has a good point in that drag racing doesnt use the low rpm grunt and the flange doesnt help flow. I wonder if it's something you can feel on the street though. I doubt there is any difference in the top end.

Actually, I'm up for the challenge.... I've always said that the LG's are the BEST long tubes out there for TORQUE and HP...
Now it's time to PROVE IT!... Bring it on! I'll do the work.....
Let's do it!

I reserve the right to keep the header that performs best. Does that mean I will have more low end?

I'l do the work and you can discount the headers.....but we are definitely eating at that diner again unless you moved so far away that I will have to eat crappy fast food.
