You'll need a FAST 90 manifold to even get close to that number and you still might be a little short.500rwhp with stock displacement and any drivability is a tough nut to crack. Then you have to live with the fact that you have non forged internals, and the weak link is those cast pistons. My LS2 made 461rwhp and I don't think much more was a safe number to live with. That motor now lives in my son's C5 and is going strong with 50,000 miles on the clock. I have since moved on to a stroked L92 motor which makes 525rwhp with forged internals. Much safer way to go even though it's more money.

Thats an interesting cam. Very different split on duration (small intake duration), very large LSA and very high lift. The high lift is probably what's driving the rocker replacement. I can't say I've seen any dyno's from a similar cam so I don't know what it would do. Seems like it's suited for an L76/L92 setup.
I'd add an UD pulley while swapping out the cam.
395/395 is really good with those bolt on's.

I have a similar combo with a smaller cam and I'm putting down 449RWHP (SAE)....
AFR 205s unmilled 11.3 compression
Fast 90 with ported TB
215/232 117lsa
Kooks w/cats
Magnaflow catback (0 power gain)
UD pulley
Honker CAI
tune
I'm not sure if the cam difference and roller rockers will net you 50rwhp additional...

I have the small Ling GT-11 on my A6. The idle is ~600-620 RPM with just a hint of lope. It's almost the same as factory idle to an untrained ear. It's a great sleeper cam for the street. No compromises at the bottom end for good drivability. Tq is improved from 1600 on up and the rush begins at 3000. Everyone thinks my A6 is a mere headers-only car. I have similar mods and 440/407. Much more than that, and the OE character of the car changes.

LG motorsports tested the L92 heads/L76 Intake with one of their new cams for the L92 heads on a stock LS2 shortblock vs. AFR 205's and a G5X3.
AFR 205's, Fast 90, G5X3 cam -495rwhp, 470rwtq
L92 Heads/L76 Intake, G6X92-3 cam-490rwhp, 457rwtq
Here's the thread.

Thanks to LG's testing the L92 heads(260cc) are simply bigger than what is needed for a LS2 and cathedral port heads still make more power for a ls1/ls6/ls2.
So if you had a 402,408,414ci the L92 heads would be a good choice.
But for max power for a LS2, I would go with some TFS 225cc heads, ported fast 90, and an bigger cam if you want to get close to 500rwhp.

ETP 215s seem to make big power if that is what you are after. I do not think your combo will reach 500RWHP, but I think it is a good combo and will feel very strong on the street. To easily and reliably break 500, you'll need to go after displacement, specifically a 402 with forged parts. Remember that the engine is not the only thing you have to worry about failing when you are at that power level.
