Default C6 O2 Extention Harnesses - Silver/Teflon/Fiberglass

Tired of bulky extenders which turn to mush when placed in close proximity to aftermarket headers. Have a turbo system that keeps roasting your extenders?

Please see our new C6 O2 extension harnesses which feature silver/Teflon wire (O2 type wire) and black fiberglass 1200F loom:

Front O2 extenders

Rear O2 extenders

This harness allows the oxygen sensor to be relocated up to 24 inches from its factory location. This harness is perfect for the installation of headers which require the sensor be moved further downstream. The high-temperature rated Teflon wire and fiberglass loom allow the harness to be placed close to the exhaust manifolds without worry of being damaged. The harness's small 1/4" outer diameter allows it to be routed in tight areas while providing increased clearance from hot or moving components (i.e. turbo systems). The loom's black outer jacket provides for a low-key appearance in your engine compartment.
KEY FEATURES:

- Fully Plug and Play with the factory harness & sensors
- Military spec. high-temperature Teflon wire (same type used on oxygen sensors)
- High-temperature (1200F) heat-treated black fiberglass 1/4" protective loom (less bulk and superior to plastic loom)
- All connections crimped and soldered

Available direct and through your local Racetronix CF forum dealer.

Thank you

If you run your wires (02 ext) right, using a little common sense, you don't need em. Spend your money on something else.

That would be a neat trick considering the location of the O2 bungs on some aftermarket C6 headers.

The B1S1 and B2S1 C6 O2 sensor plugs are in the center of the valve covers on top of the coil packs and the O2's are way down near the rear of the oil pan.

The added distance is pretty much the same for the rear B1S2 and B2S2 O2 sensor plugs.
