Guys, First I am new to C6s. So, forgive me if I ask questions that seem silly.
I have a stock 2010 GS A6. I was thinking of getting a trans and engine dyno tune. ($650)
Is it worth it? Will I pick up seat of the pants hp. Or, maybe even rear wheel hp.
Don't want a race car just a fun driver.
Also, don't want to throw $ away.

Hi Larry, i would say it worth it as much as it could be for 650$. Im not joking, prbbly you wont raise hp to the sky, but for sure you'll feel the difference. Thats a good waste of your money, so you free to realise it. Im sure you'll be happy after tuning your eng and trans. Wish you all the best) Have a fun ride.

If I was going to pay $650 for a tune, Id probably get an intake and headers to make it more worth the expense

Let me chime in on this...... I myself did the tune BEFORE all other mods were done and the difference is night and day!!!! You will go from a sluggish roll at WOT to rocket blast with just a tune. Numbers wise you should pick up about 10hp and 10tq (cannot remember what mine picked up) but just the drivability is worth the money. Just do it and thank me later.
