You have to install the 2bar os so that you can rescale it.

On the stock OS you should leave 192.2 at 0 or your fans can run full speed all the time on some OSs.

I am running a 3 bar map. My car is supercharged. How do you cans the temp values with hp tuners?

You'd need to apply the 2bar OS under "OS" and write entire. You'd then need to create the VE table to from scratch as well as setup the scale so that it's appropriate for the boost levels your car reaches.

As far as the fans are concerned, once you've applied the OS update you can simply edit the column axis.

Thanks for the info, I just have hp tuners for loging and remote tuning, What would it cost to have the modification to my tune done?

If you have a good relationship with your tuner, they may not charge you much for it. I'd probably refrain from doing it without at least informing them or they may not want to mess with the car after.

If it has not been bypassed that fan connector will not live long like that.

Yes, I brought a key on derail kit from Summit and I believe the fan connector the plastic piece about 1/2 way up on the radiator I bypass about 2 years ago when my fan quit working. It looked perfect on the outside buy was melted on the inside.A brand new GM fan motor and housing from e-bay was only a $139.00 and if I burn one up every couple of years or yearly for that matter it is worth it. Mine is super-charged with cam & headers and in stop light to stop light traffic would go above 220 degrees kinda quick and I had already had the fan set to come on early. In AL the heat lately has been in the high 90's & 100's with the heat index 110+ and in the same type traffic where it would go over 220 in a hurry the hottest it has got is 208 degrees. And the oil temp is much much lower!

Doubtful, if it's tuned SD already then it basically means re-tuning the whole VE table. You'd think you could pull the VVE data and swap it around to work in the new "VE" tables that come with the upgraded OS, but it doesn't work like that for whatever reason.

Regardless.. I just don't see any reason to play with the fans under 192. I try to keep mine around 205-208 anyways.

Yes, and it runs so much cooler. I put a new GM fan on mine for a $139.99 of ebay and if it burns one up a year it is worth it.
