Proracing

Car is an 07 C6 Texas speed 421 stoker with a Maggie TVS 2300 that has been recently converted from auto to a full Z06 6 speed drive train. Car is throwing a few codes. First it threw 2, P0606 and P1516. We changed out the throttle body and the P1516 code went away. Then we put in a new PCM and the P0606 code went away until I turned traction control off. Weird I know. So with traction control on no P0606 code but as soon as you turn it off it throws the P0606 code. Have no clue what's going on. So I drove it home with traction control on and no issues till I was driving for about 5 minutes then the check engine light came on. The P1516 code again but no other codes. Cleared it and it came back. Did this about 7 times. Car drives great, no limp mode, no reduced engine power just the check engine light and the P1516 code, unless I turn traction off then I get the P0606 code and reduced engine power. I'm at a loss with this. Is it a wiring issue, something not wired correctly or not at all? This all usually happens with light throttle not wide open. At wide open throttle it doesn't throw any codes. Has someone done an auto to manual swap before and had these issues. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
