I currently have a vararam intake with magnaflow exhaust and the diablo predator tune on my ls2. I am installing kooks headers with catless x pipe this week. Will I need to have my car retuned after this mod? Also, will I be able to program my ecu to not flash a CEL due to no cats? Thanks

A custom tune will benefit you quite a bit once you have the headers.
If you can wait for Lew, he is a good option for custom tuning remotely (06MonteSS).

He's in CT, and I'm in TX. He did my tune via email and I'm very happy with it. Not sure if he is well enough to start tuning again, but he should be within the next couple weeks. Well worth waiting for though.
