Default New to Me Question

I have a manual transmission 2005 silver coupe that has a modified cam and a vararam C6 snakecharmer CAI installed by previous owners. I am fairly certain that there is a modified tune also, since I do not get the 1-4 forced shift and the car runs pretty good with the mods. I can find no information on what cam is installed since I purchased from a dealer who got the car at auction.

However, once the car warms up the idle drops to about 800 rpm and has set a P0106 code one time in 700 miles. I have inspected and cleaned the MAP sensor, reset the MIL and monitored the pressure at idle. It is 14.8 Hg. The car has a fairly rough idle, sometimes inducing a good rocking motion while stopped.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to figure out what is in the car and adjust the tune to take care of the low, rough idle (if it is low) and periodic P0106?
