Question I just purchase a Diablo sport predator...I live in Texas and I run 93 but my tune states 91 when I was installing it. Is there a way I can change it to 93 or is 91 about the same. Help

If it were me, I would use the 91 tune, and run 93 octane fuel for safety, especially with the heat down there.

The DiabloSport tune is the 93 octane tune. So load the DS tune if you want the 93 tune.

My DiabloSport tune only flashes 91 not 93. Is there a way I can pull up 93.

The Predator will ask you on the screen if you want to load the 91 octane tune or the DiabloSport tune (maybe it's called the Predator tune? but I think not iirc) which "is" the 93 octane tune; so select that tune to load if you want the 93 octane tune. What year car and model Predator; try reviewing your directions or go to their website for info.

I have an 09 Z51, stick that I just got, first domestic car in years. I have my 2006 330i tuned- the company sent me a tool to pull the stock tune, email it to them, and send back a modified tune. It works well, part throttle as well as WOT.

Does the Diablo off the shelf tune alter part throttle, or just wot? Does it change the redline?

93 octane is 93 octane.

Just make sure the device whatever you have, is full updated.

In calif we only have 91 oct fuel From what I've learned and read these new DI engines are NOT as octane sensitive as previous LS engines---I know many local C7 owners that that run the 93 octane tune even though we only have 91 and are having "0" detonation or KR

I ran the DiabloSport tune (93 octane) for a while this year, and I am in DFW, so the tune works fine. I found running the DiabloSport tune and pumping 93 I got a marginal MPG gain of around 0.4 MPG (it adds up!).

I would recommend trying the Diablo tune for a while, and then if you think you could use a little more grunt, try a custom tune.
