Use the current last know LTFT at the RPM or MAF value or whatever. So if you have +10% from 6000hz to 12000hz from cruising around, and you punch it it will add 10%. This isn't a theory, it has been known for a LONG time. The GM ecus have behaved that way since 97 or earlier.

Makes sense. Sorry wasn't implying that it was a theory. Should have said I'm aware of that but can't prove that is what's causing my issue as my trims are below 5% and I have a 14% error between the gauge and commanded. Thanks

Sounds like your VE maps is off, or you have some other multiplied messing with fuel. COT off? What OS are you running? Could be BE taking over if you are running the 2.5 bar os.

I've come to the realization that my VE table is the issue. I had my car tuned by a so called pro and he messed it up bad, didn't even have the right injector data in...not sure that's even possible when ID provides the data right on their website. Anyway, I dialed in the steady state, closed loop driving myself. You can see by the comparison table how much fuel I had to pull in those areas, now its time to do the same in the WOT ranges.

I do run a 2.5 OS but I've disabled COT and BE. Still need to figure out IVT Gain effects fueling but that will be next. Thanks

You would be surprised. Most tuners just get it going and ship it out. Very few good ones out there. Correct injector data? AHahah, most don't care. Just dial in the PE and timing until the car makes power, make sure it idles and ship it.
