Maryland Emissions
I have a test coming up for my 2010 ZR1 with ARH and no cats along with a laundry list of other minor modifications. What should i let my turner know that i would need to pass?
Maryland only tests with the OBDII port no sniff. I have read some scans of the O2's not being ready. Id like to avoid any issues and just run through it with ease.
What are you suggestions for the tuner and myself? Thanks.

They wouldn't pass mine after a tune because they said it "wasn't ready." The car didn't have enough time to run through all of its diagnositcs so the smog system didn't have anything to read. The tech told me the car has to be driven (meaning primarily started and stopped many times) for the car's computer to be ready to be "read" by the OBDII system. They gave me a 4 month extension to give me enough time to drive the car. I don't expect any problems come spring time.

My tuner told me this might happen. I thought I had driven it enough, but apparently not. The shop has done many, many tunes on MD cars and never had a problem - except this particular issue. Guess I'll see in April.
