Default 2013 OBD2 issue

I recently bought a new 2013 base couple 2 LT. It currently has 100 miles on it. I went to scan it via OBD2 to see if the I/M monitors were all set to OK. When I plug in my scan tool the car does not like it. The service abs light comes on the radio turns off and the low fuel message comes on. I can then read the codes but I have to shut off the car and turn it back on to clear the abs light. The low fuel stays until I drive a few miles.

I have a memoscan U581. It worked fine on my 2008 corvette coupe. It works fine on my 2011 Nissan frontier as well.

Is there something new for 2013 and I need a new scanner? Or is something possibly wrong with my new corvette?

hai friend

I believe you need a new scanner.

I'd be surprised if you could get drivers for the scanner that are compatible with Lion. Also, a new SCSI card could easily cost far more than a scanner anyway.
