I noticed that the rears are 1" wider & thicker than the fronts. I have 1 bad rear end adjuster & a friend has 2 fronts he can give me but like I said they are smaller than the ones I currently have on my rear leaf.
Can I definitely use the fronts on my rear leaf even though they are smaller & thinner?

If "size matters"... maybe just hunt around the forum for some OEM take outs.
Here is a thread with a good pic of the difference.

Technically I was wrong, in that they are not identical, but functionally they are the same. It's just a jackscrew to adjust the ride height.

Did you contact Corvette Recycling? They are a vendor here and do have the leafs in stock. Might talk them into selling you the stops.
Have you tried Partstaxi or GMPartshouse? They may have some.

yes you can use front sring adjuster on rear.
when you buy lowering bolts they are all the same diameter, just 4 bolts in a bag not marked front or rear left or right all indectical
now that being said your frien can just buy lowering bolts like $40 from corvettes of houston
with lowering bolts you can adjust ride height from way higher than stock to around 1'' lower than stock
no you can not interchange the springs , the rates are different and it would handle like ****
