Anyone successfully used Gopoint Technologies' GL1 OBD-II iPhone/iPad Interface?

Anyone successfully used Gopoint Technologies' GL1 OBD-II iPhone/iPad Interface?
Just got my Gopoint Technologies' GL1 OBD-II iPhone/iPad Interface and tried to use it on my 2003 C5 and my 2007 C6 Z06.
On both cars I get the same BBD-II Error: OBD-II interface not found.
The iPhone does get charged, and I did reset my iPhone as described in the Quick Start Guide.
Has anyone successfully used a GL1 on a Corvette?

I have one. I have mine hooked up to my ipad. I had same issue. I called gopoint and they walk me thru it to work.
There just a setting you need to do
