Mods? Headers? If all are O2, did you burn a wire or is it disconnected?

first is bank 2 sensor 2, 2nd one is bank 2 sensor 1, then bank 1 sensor 2, then bank 1 sensor 1.????

What did you do?

Well, your codes refer to all 4 sensors. Usually it is pissed at the rear 2 or the 2 right side or the 2 left side but to be upset about all 4 is very unusual. If you cannot list the modifications, the shop might be your best recourse to discover what is going on.

Default O2

Looking at the schematic for the o2 sensor, there are two things in common to all the o2 sensors, the ecm and fuse 6. Fuse 6 is located in the underhood fuse block, it is marked as o2 sensor and is a 15 amp mini fuse.
