I'm in Midland but am very selective on what I tune. I use HPTuners. Tell me a little about your car and what you want to achieve. I've done 30 local Corvettes, 6 with power adders, own 3 Corvettes myself. But, I do not do tuning for a living and am happy for you to go to Lubbock to Texas Speed or to Dallas to LG or any other forum shops if you have the time and desire.
