Default Hp tuners definition failed to load??

Ok, I have an 09 ZO6 and it wont let me pull my file to edit, it downloads the file like its suppose to , then I save it and then try to open it, and get a FILE NOT SUPPORTED message, Definition failed to load

Im trying to get this thing tuned before tom. Im running out of time ,and the company I purchased it from said it would 100% work

i get this message trying to open a 2010 Vette file from the repository,i emailed HP but no response yet.

I ended up having to re-download, it must have downloaded the file badly. Im set now

Thanks for all the help, Ill get to tune some when I get back.
