05 a4 timing

hi just put hptuners on my 05 a4 vert. the car ran 12.93 showroom stock and I just put LG longtubes 3 inch x and high flow cats and complete z06 mufflers including the 3 inch over axle pipes that belong on them as well as a vararam. when i logged some runs it gets 1.4 to 1.6 degrees KR the first second or two of first gear and then none after that. it shows that Im only getting 19 to 20 degrees total timing through all gears on my run log. Is that normal timing with no KR? how much can you typically get away with and be beneficial with 93 octane only? Any input would help. I feel as though the car would run 12.30s right now. It almost seems like the KR comes in at opening of the throttle. I did remove some of the TM (down to 15 percent in 1st and 2nd) Thanks in advance

Most people add a few more degrees of advance in the upper RPM at WOT.

Is it burst knock or KR?

is burst knock exhaust rattle or is it something else? which timing table do I bump up to do it rpm related? it showed as KR on the log.thanks
