Default Removing rear O2's sensors

if i installed a predator header tune that has the rear O2's tuned out, would I even have to instal the rear O2's in the x-pipe, or plug them in to the harness?

I am putting on some long tubes and have some bung plugs for the rear o2 ports, so instead of instal the sensors, and bash the tunnel plate to fit them. Then just tune them out, I was hoping I could just put the plugs in the off-road x-pipe, and throw out the old rear o2's?

seems much cleaner, plus I would have two wide band ports should I need them

thanks.

you don't have to have them in the pipe, but yes, they would still need to be plugged into the wiring harness...

I installed LG Headers on my '07 vette and didnt have any bungs, so I used my sensors to plug it up. They were not connected to the wiring harness and I never had a bit of a problem with it. Mine were tuned out as well.
