I have scoured many other options. A 60th anniversary diamond blue interior swap would be interesting. Both options on eBay are damaged. And I’m not sure the 2012+ seats are any better. Certainly not worth a $2000 cost to convert. C7 seats look alright but it would require conversion harnesses.

Caravaggio is the only OEM option. They were supposed to be anyway but GM moved on. Hopefully somebody has a set one of these days…

Hi. I have the Daytona seats in my C6 ZR1 Centennial, I am 5'7'' and 180 pounds and they are very confortable, my oem seat where the latest version on C6 seats (2012-2013) but the Daytona's holds me much better, I also have a 2019 C7 Grandsport with alcantara competition seat, they are also comfortable but not as wide as the Daytona. I am not tracking the cars so can't say if one would be better but I do long rides and no confort issue. I am a little wide at the shoulders and upper part of my back, a smaller person would probably love the C7 competitions seat.

I am 5’7” 135lbs, the stock seats just don’t do it for me at all. I’m afraid I’ll never find a set.

Just saw that. No white stitching or ZR1 logo. And over 1000 miles away. One day.

I have a friend who recently put some C7 comp seats in his C6 Z and is very happy with them, tracking the car and he has a slight build as well. Further, this allows you to retain your original seats for resale, whatever. And I think they retain all power options asides from side air bags...you'd have to research. No sure
I love my Caravaggios, and they look and feel great, but would probably go the C7 comp seat route if i was doing it all over again. About 5 yrs ago, this wasn't a popular swap (now, there are several "how to" threads).
I don't know how exactly you use the car and they're not race seats but they'll surely fit you way better than what you have.
..just my .03
Hang on, do Caravaggio seats not have the inflatable side bolsters?

Do any C6s? My 08 3LZ seats had no inflatable bolsters....just the seat mounted side airbags, which were eliminated.

I don't know if, or which C7s have 'inflatable bolsters', or if they remain functional when those, or more recently C8 seats are swapped in,
You'd have to research that, as well as whether any seat mounted airbags from those seats can remain functional.

My ZR1 has inflatable side bolsters. 2010 3ZR. Any newer seats swapped in will not retain side airbags.

The seats in my 2LT 2011 GS had inflatable side bolsters. The C7 seats that I swapped in have them and work. The side airbags do not.

So as I previously mentioned in my post #16 above, C7 or C8 comp seats may be a more viable option these days. Had they been available when I got my Caravaggios I'd have considered them, if color scheme was right

I haven’t been able to find a viable seat. Plus apparently you have to take apart the passenger seat to transfer a sensor.

I agree not worth the effort to get the C7 seats to work for our C6 application

You can buy the passenger occupancy sensor from an 08ish GMC Yukon for $60 on eBay and keep your seat together.

I've been looking for the past few months and I haven't seen many come up (C7 Comp, C8 Comp, Caravaggio), also to find a specific color/material is going to be like hitting the lottery (I am looking for black/red stitch/alcantara centers and that seems like a unicorn)!
