The only possible exception is a smoked (painted) set of tail lights - some smoked finishes will ship out same day while some will have a 1-2 week delay for paint work.

side marker lights

How do the side marker lights install. Looks like they have a clip and pop out from the outside.

Spot on! They have clips on the backs of them that must be depressed then they will pop right out. For the rears, they can be accessed by removing the outer tails and for the fronts, they can be accessed by loosening the fender liner (a few T15 screws and/or push pins away depending on the model).
