IF you have a WIDE BODY Corvette C6 (Z06 - ZR1 - Grand Sport) and want a front chin splitter in ATOMIC ORANGE , THIS IS YOUR LUCKY DAY!!! This splitter was ordered for a Base Corvette then finished & painted Atomic Orange. I had a carbon fiber splitter on my lowered Corvette C6 that was getting chewed up every time I came out of a driveway or went over a speed bump (Think about that before you buy Carbon Fiber, ABS is MUCH more durable). I had this one in my shop for 1 year before I decided to remove the old one & put on the new one. I discovered that it IS for a WIDE BODY Corvette NOT a BASE! 2 mounting holes were drilled before it was discovered to be the wrong splitter. Obviously because of the time elapsed and the fact it has been custom painted, it could not be returned even if it WAS THEIR FAULT! It is NEW & NEVER MOUNTED and comes with mounting kit as well! I have WELL OVER $500 in this splitter, my loss is your gain! Yours for $150.00 plus shipping

There is 3M double sided tape plus the self taping screws and PAL nuts for the screws. Believe me, that thing is on there once you mount it. If you hit something that hard, your bumper will come off before the splitter will!
Yeah, that’s why I’m selling. I ordered for a base car and received one only for a Z06 - ZR1 - GS! Had it painted and then discovered the mistake. Expensive lesson!
This guy tried to scam me!
He quoted me a price, I paid for it in full ...
AND NOW he says that he can't ship for the price he quoted me.
He said that he will refund completely + $10 for my trouble ....BUUUUUT ...
His first refund to PP was short ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS and he blamed it on "Oops! Poor Math skills are showing"
Who makes a $100 dollar error in their favor when calculators are built in to almost all cell phones these days???
Then, I did get another $100 via PP. His shipping costs were not verified by online checking by me ...(see above pic insert) ... the cost that I found is $41.84 for 4-day delivery ... not the $86 as he originally told me (and we split) ...and certainly not the $191.43 he emailed to me today as the reason for cancelling and not delivering the chin splitter to me.
This chin splitter has been for sale for months ... likely he SOLD it to me - until he could find a buyer paying more ...

Well, I’m not going to get into a pissing contest with this jerk. His refund was sent unsolicited in 2 payments within 3 minutes of each other. I spent $40 boxing this up and drove to FedEx only to quote an outrageous amount, USPS wouldn’t even take it and they suggested freight. I will not pay someone to take it off my hands. There are people out there that don’t care. Further more, there are always two sides to every story.
do these just mount with those screws or is there bolts/nuts as well?
Seems the screws wouldn't be too strong just tapped into the plastic bumper
It screws into the same clips and the same screws that the factory uses for the factory splitter. If you've installed the zr1 grille support then it screws into that.
