The reality is that the parts are in low supply, high demand, and while they haven't yet been shipped in the second batch of shipments, people should be given the opportunity to join that pre-orer list.
I'm sure you'd want to be able to join the purchase list if you wanted the lights?
Anyways, if you have a concern, I'm happy to hear it, please PM me and we can discuss further.

On an related topic, we are working on offering these lights with delivery for 50-75 days out direct from the factory and with an agreement from TRS for this.
There are currently 50 sets of sequential RED tails available (with delay) that we can purchase tomorrow but it seems like people don't want that. So we'll still in the exploratory phase with the factory about the timeline and how to lower that timeline.

Also, for those of you waiting on the second batch shipment, we have submitted and paid for your orders with TRS. They are waiting for the tails to arrive, there are no current tails in inventory per our conversation yesterday with an ETA slated for later this month or early next. So worst case 3-4 weeks out or 1-2 weeks at best. Labels for free 2 day priority upgraded shipping will be provided as soon as a 'firm'ish' date is given to us.
