The rears will stick out beyond the edge of the fender on a base C6 - not a good look IMHO..

yup it all depends on taste. Some like the fender line fitment others like meaty wide tires.

I'm glad to see owners taking risks and pushing to the styles. 95% of our customers play it safe, which is fine. But it does gets boring. Wheels follow the fashion lines, new its always accepted at first. Remember, people hated black wheels about 10 years ago and now they come stock.

Good for you!

if the rivets were silver again, i think it would make a huge difference in the appearance of the rims. I did my calipers in the same color as I was tired of seeing red all of the time.

LOL yeah I like them chrome too. It'll take a good 15min and a car wash pressure wash for the hydrodip to come off though.

I think the tool that the dentist uses to remove plaque would clear the rivets back to chrome without any damage to the rest of the rim. Small vibration with a light blast of water sounds like the right combination, or **** depending where your mind is at lol.

New home is imminent. Looking for torque values on the rivets from WCC - Joe. That guy is a wealth of valuable information.

Default 3 piece rims - FYI

RESEALING AND TORQUING ARE RECOMMENDED AFTER HAVING THEM APART. I WAS NOT AWARE OF THAT UNTIL WCC JOE MENTIONED IT IN ANOTHER CONVERSATION.
