12/10 is the date stamped on the bottle.
Full numbers read:
TC-3ALM124 LUXFER
DOT-3AL1800 W694723 M4141 12A10 2
Remember this bottle is a virgin and I guarantee it will pass a new hydro test. It's been kept inside my climate controlled office since i bought it. I upgraded to a 15 lb so that's the only reason I'm selling this one. It has never been heated with a propane torch!

NitrousOutlet pointed me to this post to decipher the bottle numbers: http://nitroustech.com/crown-markings/
Again this bottle is new, never used and never been filled or heated with a torch. Always remember to put a blow down tube a safety disk on your bottle and never heat it with an open flame! When the bottle gets hot and close to its structural psi limit the safety disk releases and vents the pressure outside of the car causing the bottle to stay intact. These bottles are tested to 1800 psi which is almost double the normal pressure we run them at. The bottle in the link was out of date but it also didn't have a blow down tube or safety disk which probably would have prevented this explosion. Again, I guarantee this bottle will pass a hydro test.
