I have two Goodyear F1 supercar emt 120. picked up for both no wobble plugs or patches plenty of tread left replaced with drag radials.

I dont know what you mean but my plug leaks about 1 lb per day, so that's my poop and pee. Also whatever was in the tire was pushed through and the rattle at take off is pure shiat!

Just means for some even used stuff have to be perfect to be consider, regarding previous post by blkbrd69 and his comment - nothing wrong with a good mushroom plug- neither my or his comment directed at op.

If a mushroom plug is the same as a patch, that's what I'd like to do to my current tire but tire shops either won't patch a run flat or have said can't be done properly if a plug was already done on the tire from the outside.

These might be too far gone for what you want, but I just today replaced my 4 Michelin Pilot Super Sports non-run flats with a set of PSS AS3+. The fronts were shot, but the rears (325/30 ZR-19), which I kept, have 5-6/32nds tread left and are worn evenly. Each does have a mushroom plug, but they've both been there since the tires were nearly new with no problems.Was going to post them when I got a chance to take some pics.
I'm located about an hour north of Tampa if that helps at all.

I just went to the garage a snapped a few quick pics.
