I am new to a corvette. purchased a c6 a few weeks ago and just learning. what is the purpose of the splitter? Mine is beaten up a little. sorry if I am posting in the wrong place.

I tried ordering some parts from you, I was looking for a rear CF spoiler and CF side skirt kit for my C6 Z06. I had problems loading items into my cart. I had called and was told to try again in 15 minutes, and that someone would call me back. I tried again with no luck, and nobody bothered to call me back.
However, my shop where my car is managed to reach you and they ordered the rear spoiler and side skirt kit from you. However, I decided (since there is a wait) that perhaps I should order the front splitter and reinforcement from you as well.
The link I have for the front splitter can't be added to my cart.

I found the same splitter listed twice on your website. One was a little more expensive than the other....but the part number, pics, and everything were the same. This one is listed for $405.
