I've got the stock exhaust manifolds and mid pipes off my 07' C6Z for sale. The mid pipes have had the cats removed and straight pipe welded in their place. One bolt on passenger side manifold will need extracting and replacing. I've got the stock 3" H-pipe to go with as well if you're local as I will not ship the H-pipe. Willing to ship manifolds and mid pipes however.

Idk I bought the car with this installed already and removed it for ARH headers and off road x pipe. I'd imagine around 5-10hp conservatively though.

just to help the OP, I have z06 manis and H on my 09 base. they fit. i had the rest custom built straight 3" out the back of the car.
