He has been on this forum for many years. I've bought parts from Cajun before he even started BER. Always did what he said and the parts were as he described. I can't remember ever reading a negative post about him. He goes out of his way to make sure the customer is happy. I think it's a fairly small operation so he probably has a lot on his plate.
Bottom line: He is an honest guy.
Here is a little about him.

i m not trying to be negative, being a one man show, he may be busy, lots on his plate i m sure. that was a good thread you forwarded. I will try and call him wednesday and see how that goes. maybe messaging on the forum is a last resort and he is not sitting at a desk all day i am sure.
thanks for the link.

Cajum@ber is a good guy. Helped me figure out problems on my car just to help me out. He's definitely a hustler doing what he can. You gotta give him big respect for that. I bought a part from him that was damaged through shipping and he took it right back

I bought some leather interior parts from him. They were on time and as described. No problems. I'd buy from him again with no hesitation.

No...no one ever. Ignore the many many threads with nothing but good feedback.

On a serious note: I probably would have searched before making a thread over simple inquiries receiving slow responses, because it's kinda rude. I've found that the best way to communicate with Cajun is via email, you can imagine the number of PMs the guy gets on the forum.

He is an awesome guy, he helped me out huge one day, mailed me a part at no cost because he saw I was in need. He just happened to see that another forum member (vendor) left me hanging and he stepped up out of the blue. The guy is a true brother. It's not his main job, but he is a strong enthusiast who will help his fellow man. I had never purchased from him or even met him when he stepped up, just a great guy to do what he did.

BTW - If anyone needs a used MAP sensor, I'd be happy to pay it forward.

Sir,

I am sorry you are not happy with our interaction. I have replied to repeated quote requests for several new exhaust systems and as I understand it we are now looking for a used corsa system since the new prices are so high. I returned two seperate quotes on a corsa and that SLP system. Please do email me at bareessentialsracing@gmail.com

For everyone's general information BER is my personal LLC. I am retired army and my day job is as the Director of Veterans Services for The American Legion

BER bases business on a few simple things.....people over money, best shipped price, integrity and the customer is always right.

Thank you to all those that posted positive comments. We do want to hear when you are not happy so we can make you happy. We work for you, the customer
