Have one for 2 years now. Throw is nice, I had a B&M prior and didn't like the rattle or effort to get into reverse and the higher gears. Haven't tried a MGW but this has all the feel of a stock shifter with a much shorter throw. Also nice cause it comes with the lower box so it's a easy drop in. I def would recommend it
