With the car on, double-pressing the lock buttons on either door or your Corvette key fob immediately opens (LOUD!) and closes (QUIET) the exhaust.

The mode selected displays in your Driver Information Center (DIC), and HUD (if equipped) for three seconds, letting you know exactly what mode your exhaust is in!

Exhaust Commander Elite can also optionally open and close your NPP system at RPM values of your choice below 3500 RPM (USER RPM mode). The larger the difference between the open and close RPM thresholds, the less sensitive the opening and closing is with engine speed variations.

You can easily enable or disable the USER RPM mode. You choose whether you want QUIET and LOUD! modes only, or QUIET, LOUD!, and USER RPM modes. It's your choice, and you can change it anytime.

The Exhaust Commander Elite remembers its last setting and there are no battery drain concerns in any mode.

If you turn off your car in LOUD, it will start in LOUD.
If you turn it off in QUIET, it will start in QUIET.
If you turn it off in USER RPM, it will start in USER RPM.

The Exhaust Commander One button controller now comes with the new one button remote, see the picture below!


This is the Exhaust Commander One Button Wireless NPP On / Off switch. Only ONE button is needed for switching between Loud and Quiet modes. You press the button on the Fob once, the valves open, you press it again, the valves close again.

There is ZERO DRAIN on the battery when the car is off. The butterfly valves can start in any position, open or closed and you choose when you install it and can change it at any time.

This kit gives you the ability to open or close the NPP / ZR1 or Z06 butterfly valves using a One button wireless remote.

The install only takes 3 minutes to complete and can be removed just as easy without a trace. The only tool needed a 7mm nutdriver or socket. The option to purchase a 7mm nutdriver is also available if you dont have one already to do your install.

Add NPP exhaust to ANY C6!


This NPP retrofit kit includes the wireless controller with the Exhaust Commander one button keyfob remote, and all of the necessary vacuum lines, vacuum solenoid and wiring to complete the control system installation on a C6 that is retrofitting bi-mode exhaust.

It will give you full open / full closed modes and gives you the ability to switch between the modes instantly using the supplied One button wireless remote.

You can have the car start and the butterflies remain open until you close them, or you can have the car start and then the butterflies close until you open them. And can switch between open and closed modes with the One button wireless remote.

This kit uses engine vacuum as the source of vacuum to control the butterflies in the mufflers. The GM recommended vacuum port on the intake manifold is used just like NPP cars, Z06's and ZR1's!

The All-in-1 retrofit kit is now available with the Exhaust Commander Elite controller function.

Sunset Orange Creations customer service is 2nd to none. I bought a a npp wireless commander from a forum member. It didn't work. Call sunset and left a message. Benjamin call me back in 5 minutes and spent another 10 minutes on the phone with me knowing I bought it from a forum member. Problem resolved.
He even texted me back later to verify, who does that!
