Does the bluestar use your speakers for hearing the person you are talking to? Does it work with the Bose on a 2006? Does it affect my USA.spec iPod? Does itit hook up thru xm

1.Yes. Uses your factory speakers and OnStar microphone. When your phone rings it mutes the radio, and slows down the HVAC fan speed if necessary. Uses the OnStar buttons on your rear view mirror to control phone call.
2. Yes. Works with factory Bose system. If you have the factory Nav, your voice command system will not work.
3. I Don't know. I'm not familiar with that.
4. No. It takes the place of your OnStar, using the same wiring connectors. It does not hook up through, or effect, your XM. OnStar, however, will no longer work.
