Default WTB: aftermarket exhaust system for 13' GS

Just bought brand new Grand Sport and I'm loving it.

I was planning to buy new exhaust at Carlisle in August but figured I'd look to see if there were any deals to be had here 1st.

Just looking for over the axle set-up so it won't mess with warrantee.

Strange... I would have thought SOMEbody'd chime in. Oh well, bump from a guy who just bought a '13 GS himself. Interested in what's out there...

Buuuuump...
There are several NPP or Z car mufflers that have been posted for sale in the last few weeks ... I am happy with the NPP.

Will the zo6 exhaust fit on our GS?

If so...will it sound any different?

The z06 exhaust is a larger diameter than the GS exhaust. It's not a direct bolt-on replacement (put maybe something that could be custom welded on...)

Ok...thanks for the input!
Makes more sense to just buy an aftermarket bolt on system to avoid customizing.

It is relatively simple to weld into place a 3" adapter over your C6 2 1/2" H pipe ends and then it is bolt on the rest of the way. The install is much easier if the H pipe is removed anyway ... just take the H to a welding shop and have them put a short piece of 3" slid over the end and weld into place. If I could have found a Z exhaust at the right price, I would have put it on instead of the NPP. Or simply take the Z set up into the muffler shop and have them install in place ... couldn't cost too much.

Will a Z exhaust sound much different though when the mufflers are still stock? Not that I want the car to be loud, but I want a descent bit more sound than just my stock system.
