Everything works perfect, just upgraded to a nice Kenwood. I do not have the nav disc because I let my friend "use" it and haven't got it back. $350 shipped.

Is this a quick plug and play in a base '08 car? Does it come with everything that ill need for it to work, except for the nav disc?

It will come with everything you need to install. Not sure about the 08 part of it. I'm unsure which ones are interchangeable but I think it changed in 2010. This unit is in great shape cosmetically as there are only around 24k miles on my car.

By the way, it will not easily work with a non-Bose unit. From my extensive research on this forum, it seems it can be done, but there is work that has to be done and is not a simple plug and play. The unit would work in a 2008 w/Bose, though.

Pm'd back. The unit is still in the car for 2 more days. I have an install appointment Friday morning for my new unit. I should be able to ship it out Friday after the install though.
