THE 2 TONE RED/BLACK BOOT and the ebrake handle come mounted like that on the plastic ring and are the torch red?
Yes they come as pictured. The **** is the shifter ****, not ebrake handle. They are black and red, not sure of the difference between red or torch red....

It's a standard red, not dark(in my opinion) but when I googled torch red it looks orange almost. This is red as red can be. I bought this package as a kit from another guy who said his car was an 08 so it should fit, however I do not have an 08 shifter to verify. I ended up putting alcantara pieces in my car instead so that's why I'm selling these.
