radio controls will plug right it to stock plug and work but if your radio doesn't have Bluetooth on the on star it will not work there is a gm adapter for on star i think you can purchase but not sure radio volume and seek is just plug and play

well if you got stock nav every thing will work just plug in and work its a nice upgrade and hands free is by far the best set up to have once you have it you wont want to go back !!!!!
