LG Pro 1 3/4" Long Tube Headers w/ cats
PRICE REDUCED TO $1500 AND I'LL PAY THE SHIPPING. SYSTEM IS ALL BOXED UP AND READY TO GO! NOW COMPARE TO THE VENDORS WHO OFFER A COMPARABLE SET FOR ALMOST $2500 AND FREE SHIPPING!
I just removed my headers and am offering them for sale for $1,500 plus shipping.
It is a full set which will fit all 2005 - 2008 C6 and Z06 cars. (The headers will fit later years but a different x-pipe is needed and I won't split this set).
The full set includes 1 3/4" headers, high flow cats AND off road pipes, 3 " x-pipe, 3" intermediate pipes, all clamps and both front and rear O2 extensions. PLUS, the full set, minus the cats, have been Jet Hot coated in the Sterling finish. Everything is in excellent condition. There are a few road scrapes but ZERO dents or structural issues.
I researched a number of vendors and this set would run between $2,500 and $2,800. I believe a $1,000 savings is substantial and hope someone does as well.
OKAY, I'VE GOT AN IDEA. HOW ABOUT I THROW IN AN OIL CATCH CAN FOR FREE?
Thank you for looking,
Paul

A number of reasons but I put them on when I was tracing the car. I was looking for that low end torque. I always felt the C6 was a little sluggish coming out of turns unless I dropped another gear. It worked perfectly to that end with my other modest mods. I don't track the car anymore and my wife and I use it quite a bit more for road trips in the mountains and coast. The headers, with my Corsa exhaust, is not overly loud but definitely louder than the catback only. So, I decided to go back to stock. Let's face it, the C6 has plenty of grunt on it's own. We went for just one ride since I took them off last week and I realized how much louder the headers actually made it. It will be harder for me because it definitely turned heads but I will adjust and my wife likes it much more.

Someone asked me how they sounded. Well, it all depends on the catback but I found this clip I made of the car just after I installed them. It's only sitting on the driveway but it's the best I have.

Good luck with your car though. It will happen eventually if you keep saving.
