Yes, he is! I bought 1 from him and sent him another to replace the lens. Both looked like new!

Yours are in too good of condition for me to do what I'd need to do to them in order for me to be able to sell them. I wouldn't be able to come any where near what your asking for them.

I've got an extra set of JSB headlights that the lenses are slightly scratched up. I'm thinking of getting rid of them, if you're still buying used ones would you PM me your email address and I'll send you some pics of them.
