I'm not sure about there availability of a Z06 bumper fit to the base car, however I do replace a lot of products from other fiberglass companys because they don't fit or over time they sag and distort.

Our products are made from a Viynl Ester resin, which is a esterification from Epoxy. It is hands down the top notch resin you can use in part production without going to an epoxy.

I understand what you are saying but I'm referring to, if 20 people send in payments within the next week it should not be first come first serve. It should boil down to the list of people and the position they hold to determine when they get their order.

** I have some other body parts that need to be painted. What's the ETA of this part once payment has been made this weekend? Or maybe a better way of asking, how long do you expect before the first unit is ready to be shipped out?

Maybe we should preserve the order of the list for the first week of payments and after that it is in order of payment.
So if you pay in the first week only people that are ahead of you on the list are ahead of you in production order. After that, it is purely in order of payment.

How about a 1 week?? deadline for initial payments honoring list position. Otherwise theres no point to the list and no point for the people that jumped on early and supported this thing from the start.

Then go to order of payment received.

1. the fog lights on a Z06/Zr1 bumper are rectangular unlike the base which are angled at the edge.

2. the front opening on a Z06/ZR1 is bigger and more squared off which gives it that more aggressive look unlike that base which the opening is smaller and angled at the edges


its cool ur are trying to make one but still needs more work to look like a Z06/ZR1 bumper which is what im looking for. Still looks like a base C6 bumper that will have a splitter and a scoop not what im looking for. and this seems like its goin to take a while longer and i need something alot quicker to get on the car while its at the shop right now the other vender on here's bumper is correct in those 2 things prob goin with that.. good luck with this its a good start

This is the reason I was totally behind our "ORIGINAL DESIGN"! Something completely different than a "wanna be" bumper, I said it before and I will say it again, the Z06 crowd is going to tear us a new one. We blew the chance to have something very unique! I can't believe that we have regressed to wanting to be an exact copy of a base C6/Z06 combo!
I want something off the radar!

One design is not going to make everyone happy.
That being said I couldn't give a **** what the z06 guys think. I know several people that have z's and I know for a fact that every one of them will tell me they like it when I get it on.
The two main things I want are the scoop and to have a choice of z06 or zr1 style splitters. The rest is just minor details to me. Being able to use my existing fog lights is a bonus so that I don't have to buy new ones.

I agree with the above post about the rounded edges. I was under the impression that it would be exactly like the Z06 bumper but smoother around the edges where the bumper meets the front fender.

I dont what's involved in creating a mold for something like this, but wouldn't it be easier to just make a mold out of an existing oem z06 bumper and then mess with the sides where bumper meets fender to get it to fit correctly?

It's my understanding that all the guys that put oem z06 bumpers on their base c6 had no problem with fitment anywhere else except for the sides where bumper meets fender. Someone let me know if Im totally off track here.

So pricing is $505 shipped for the 1st 10 people but how much is it for the other 20 on the list? I need to either get my original one fixed or just get this one installed & painted but price will determine which way I go.

I too, agree. I would have liked to have seen something different. Not just another run of the mill z06 nose.

This bumper barely even passes for a z06 nose. Based on the 1 prototype picture this is nothing more than a base c6 nose with a z06 scoop. Period.

Hopefully follow up pictures will have more than just a tacked on z06 scoop...

If that's the case maybe those guys just interested in the center scoop can purchase a adhesive stick on z06 scoop

We missed the mark here, scrap that prototype and back to the drawing board.

alrighty so I sorta bastardized one of your designs already and added the front vent. This would be something I'd like but with a front spoiler on the bottom.

i am a z06 guy and could care less if you mod your ride to look like mine or every other z06! Anyone can do as they want! The z06 has already been diminished with the grandsport crowd as that is the true want to be z06!

i like this design as it has it's own differences to make it not a copy but it's own! if i had a regular c6 i would by this mod!
