I have an RXT in my 04 cobra making 900rwhp, it holds great and drives better then stock did. No chatter and easy to drive. I will probably put one in my C6Z but I will get the RST

What WHP do you have? I just added a Vortech supercharger to my 2008 Zo6 and a new clutch is on my list.

I have a LS2, would I be able to get my flywheel machined and reuse it?

No, your LS2 flywheel will not work. You'll need to use the McLeod flywheel or an LS1 flywheel. You could change your slave cylinder, pilot bearing, and install a bleeder.
