Bump for ya!
I have an OEM cross flags one that I had padded. I like it a lot cept for one major detail. The cross flag stitching falls right where you rest your hand. Looks great but is mildly annoying since it's rough thread.
For a DD or cruiser that needs function over form your lid looks like the ticket.

Any feedback on this cover? Fit? Comfort? Does it interfere w opening-closing of console? Thanks
I bought one a month ago. It fit just fine. It feels very comfortable, especially when compared to the stock cover. It does not interfere with opening; I take just a little extra care in closing it to be sure it is latched.
One suggestion: do the installation inside the house where the cover will be warm. Depending on where you live it could be a little cold and stiff in the garage.
