Louis Gigliotti JR. is an honorable man.
I bought this ERL 500 from Louis Gigliotti Jr. I recieved it in Nov. The engine was missing timing chain, oil pump, valve covers & a few other small parts. Louis was no longer @ LGM & wasn't aware of missing pieces. I mentioned that the ports looked like the engine had been using oil & Louis said there had been issues with those valve seals. Bobby at LGM sent me the missing pieces. Thanks Bobby.
I was then busy with customer work & put the engine on a stand in the corner. I pulled it out in February & did a cylinder leak test. Cyls 5&6 had 30 & 26% leakage. I e-mailed Louis & he has agreed to pay to rebuild the shortblock @ ERL even though over 90 days had passed since I recieved the pieces. Thanks for standing behind this Louis
