not to deter business from a forum vendor, but if you want to see this in action go to www.swiftmotorsports.com, they have a video of one on a car. i think it is a audi. looks pretty slick! not sure if it is the same exact product but i'm sure it works/looks pretty similar. i would still want to see one on a vette. especially from straight on and from the side, to see how the plate looks when it is not deployed.

Looks very similiar if not the same as the RPI one. I will have a vid up of mine as soon as I get it. As long as it functions like the one in the vid I'm going to love it. Although the key fob looks a lot like my NPP exhaust control. I hope they don't interfere with each other! Although having the plate come out and the exhaust go quiet might not be a bad thing!

This is great - I can picture this scenario:
I drive by a LEO coming from the opposite direction. He makes a U-turn, pulls me over, walks up to my window and asks for license/registration.
I say "why did you stop me?"
He says "Mr.... are you aware this state requires a front plate displayed?"
"Why yes officer, I have one!"
He walks around to the front and there it is
Wonder how long until there's a law passed restricting mechanized license plates?

That is EXACTLY why I'm getting it. I know the cop isn't stupid but it might get me out of a front plate ticket. They might question if they saw it or not once they see it on the front of the car when you are pulled over. Hope this works out well!
