Overall balence is good with these rotor's - I put on performance friction brake pads and get super stopping will minimal dusting. So far no squeeeeeeeel.

The stopping power must be felt of course

The reason is that you can only apply as much brake as the wheel with least traction will support (with threshold braking, anyway). Your rears are unloaded during heavy braking anyway, so they have less ability to be "braked". If you can only give 30% before your rears lock up, compared to 40% before, then you're giving only 30% brake pressure to your fronts now, as well, compared to 40% before. So overall braking is reduced.
I wouldn't put such big brakes on my car unless I could tune the proportioning as well. Maybe the C6's anti-lock system is good enough that you can just stomp the brakes each time anyway and let it work its magic?

How unbalenced it is remains to be seen; but I haven't had the brakes lock up on me yet and ABS has kicked in; so...
Stomping works

We've sold alot of these for the C5s and I also ran a set on my '00 convertible with no problems or the car feeling unbalanced while braking.

You should see the rotors that I'll be putting on my Sierra next week. 16" Wilwoods up front with 6 piston calipers. The rotors are as big as the stock wheels!

As I said, the stopping power is much better than stock. I have PFC-Z pads, Castrol SRF and the Eradispeed Rotors.
If you are going for LOOK only - the rotors might be a little pricey - but if you really want a stage 1 upgrade; these would do.
I'm targeting stainless lines and brakebleeders as next option.

When mountain the rear 14" baer rotors do you need a longer brakeline? Or any speed sensor work?
By the way people are posting it doesn't sound like anything extra needs to be done, just swap out the oem rear rotor for the 14" baer rotor.
Just double checking.
thanks

increasing the size of the rear rotor will change the lever arm, and throw the bias to the rear more. Going from a 12" to a 14" rear in an otherwise stock setup seems extreme.

Exactly. I wouldn't do it if it were my car.
