Deep Silver C6 Z51

A lot of folks with only a transparent top seem interested in purchasing an additional painted top for their C6.

Could you provide a price for:

- all the parts for assembly by my body shop

- one fully assembled ready for paint

- one fully assembled, painted, ready for use

I think this would help a lot of people.

It is not as easy as the transparent top by any means. The parts alone, with the forum discount, go for around 1200. From there they must be assembled, 2 hours at the most for your hourly shop rate, and then they need to be painted.

This could run upward of 2G painted. That is why it's better to look for a trade.

For us poor schmucks that bought the 2005 NAVIGATION; what is the cost for a 2006 NAVIGATION system that plays MP3's? Could some sort of a trade-in program be instituted?

Since GM parts department or customer service hasn't a f***ing clue what an MP3 is the aftermarket should have a field day.

Somebody with the firmware upgrade stands to make a freakin' fortune reselling upgraded 2005's!
