Default Will this setup hit 10psi?

2006 c6 z06 427 dart engine with ECS 2200H/D. I am putting this all together now. Came with a 3.6 driven pulley and 10% overdrive crank pulley. Will this hit 10psi do you think? Or should I pulley down a little? Would like to hit 10psi at a minimum to start off with. End goal is 1000 wheel, should I upgrade to the 2200R to before installing? I'd rather not overspin a blower.

And any recommendations on transmission or differential? No launching, street car only, but 120k miles on existing trans and diff.

You will make right around 9-950 rwhp with that blower. You are currently going to have a max RPM of the blower at 7000 rpm of 54,4444 so you could pulley down a little since max RPM of that blower is 60k. You could go down to a 3.25" pulley which would put you just tick over 60k at red line.

I'm considering upgrading to the 2200R to be honest. I have the Tuner kit from you all and the low side fuel system. Any thoughts on moving up to the 2200R or 2200X? I would like to be able to make 1000 to the wheels and not stress the system or belt.
