Thanks everyone for the great advice! I went with an A & A supercharger kit with a 3.6" diameter pully and and an Alky meth injection kit. The car pulled 600 hp at the rear wheels and I ran 10.7s in the qtr. on drag radials.
I also like using the car for track days at Motorsports Ranch road course in Cresson, TX. Unfortunately, it now over heats after 3-4 laps on a day with ~75 F air temp. What can I do to improve the cooling?

Can you make it run cool on a road course? Yes, for limited time if you sink a ton of money into it. Do you want to drop $10k+ to make it 8-10 laps or just enjoy 3-4? For what you would spend to make it road course worthy, you can buy a complete race car c5 z06 and just use it as a track car.

Well that's one option.
Other options I am considering are:
A) Adding an oil cooler, as I have a GS automatic with no oil cooler
B) Upgrading radiator to a Dewitts with high flow single brushless fan
C) Manage the RPMs when track driving. The supercharged LS3 has more torque at 3,000 rpm than the stock LS3 at 6K and I'm only road course driving for fun.
D) Some combination of A-C, not giving up my 700+ fwhp and 10 sec bragging rights while keeping the stock look, comfort and ability to take the wife to a nice dinner.

Oil cooler would get you another lap or two. Radiator upgrade a little more. Fan isn't doing anything but being a restriction at 40+ so unless you are talking low speed autox stuff, fan would be a waste of money. Ducting, venting, chopping up the bumper, and getting more cool fresh air would be the biggest improvements.

I appreciate the feedback. I discussed the overheating issue with the tech group at A & A Corvette who are experienced supporting users of their equipment in competition and other settings.
I'm planning on option D as recommended. As we already have a C3 set up for drag racing and Trans Am set up for the road course, I'm definitely not cutting up my baby. Any mods I make will preserve appearance and comfort.

Procharger FTW. No cheap cast cases or cast impellers. All the hate for their brackets is a wise tale. I’m running their kit at 1000+ no issues. 8 rib direct drive with properly adjusted tensioner. I had AA on my previous vet. The Procharger is just a much better headunit.

Wow, that's serious hp! I'm glad the Pro Charger worked out for you. I'm sure all the options have advantages. I like working with the A & A guys. I'm a newbie to supercharging and they were very helpful every step of the way.

I like the AA drive setup I'm going to run a d1sc.
The Novi blowers in the ecs kit look great too.
2200R looks like it's a bad animal on par with a d1x
procharger has some confusing products in the F categories that seem to overlap
I'd like to run an F1A94 as it seems to flow better than the d1x and only a bit more money

The SC kit on my 2010 base is an A&A and was installed in 2012. It runs fine. V3-Si, 705 WHP
It has ~ 15,000 miles so I got a rebuilt V-2 H/D Tii to swap in next month along with a flex-fuel conversion.
Support from A&A is great.

I agree, A & A support is great. Josh advised E85 would not resolve my overheating on track days issue. He recommended I stay with plan for a Dewitt's radiator, single brushless fan and an oil cooler which in learned my 2010 C6 GS auto trans, does not have as original equipment.
