That's good to know.
I assume this bumper will have the stiffness/stability to support the aero loads of the ZR1 Splitter? As GM basically has a fiberglass support they require behind Z06 bumpers to properly run the ZR1 aero.

I'm still salivating and now there's a puddle on my keyboard. Any updates? I'm ready to throw some cash at C7 Carbon!

I changed my single core radiator for a dual core radiator, fan and speed controller and it worked much better but still not good enough for me so I bypassed the speed controller and changed it to key on! That made a big different's! Mine is also supercharged and upgrading the cooling system would be much better, cheaper and easier than trying to improve the airflow! I would suggest 1st bypass the fan speed controller to key on fan and if that does not work go to a dual core all aluminum radiator. Not trying to be a know it all just trying to help out.Not much information on improving the cooling and most say 230 degrees is no big problem. But I drag race and have built many big block Mopar engines and BBC engines and I don't like to see no 220+ degrees of heat in the engine. I done my homework the best I could and the stock cooling fan is about as good of fan as you can get. I believe my new GM cooling fan from ebay for $139.99 is more powerful than the one that was in mine. Mine would heat up I live in Alabama up to 220 + degrees in small town stop and start and 230 degrees in Columbus GA. Now the hottest it has got is 208 degrees. Most times on very hot days it stays in the 180's to 190's.I hope this helps.

There are literally hundreds of posts about cooling issues and how to fix them. This bumper cover will help for those of us who have an intercooler blocking the factory hole. Plus, it looks kick butt! I would buy it even if I didn't have cooling issues.

I think the demand would be there just the same as this bumper. As this bumper looks like a cut away OEM GS/Z06/ZR1
make this for say $5-$700 and you won’t be able to make them fast enough.

I'm torn on this. Looks mean! And I would love more airflow onto my oil cooler setup, but not sure what I'd do about the brake cooling duct inlets, and there is a lot of crap in those areas that would be hard to hide lol. My temps seem to be within acceptable ranges on track currently in anything but summertime heat (radiator temp creeps up on smaller tracks in summer heat), but it's too damn hot to be on track in the summer... I just sweat to death anyway so I find other hobbies in the summer. I'm very curious to see how this new bumper can hide some of the messier looking components that the stock bumper currently hides. Looking forward to more updates!

Lots of coolers and piping, but definitely not "display worthy"

Right now it isn't visible, but with large openings I would have piping and brackets exposed.. function is very important, but still nice to have raw piping and framework covered up.

what's the status on this, my Z is running way to hot...100% interested if the price is decent. I'm assuming you can 3D print the initial part, then do fiberglass molds afterwards to produce in quantity ?

Check out our latest update on this awesome bumper. Based on some feedback we received, we went ahead and slightly modified the mouth on the bumper while still maintaining high airflow specs. It now has striking styling queues inspired on the upcoming C8.R Vette for a bolder and sharper look, its coming out amazing! Let us know what you think

Stay tuned for more updates!

I like version 1.0 better. Flows with the C6 curvature better. Too many straight lines which goes with the C8 but not the C6.

Improvement over V1. I really like the split wing look between the side vents and the center vent. I also like that there's no small side vent. It would be easy to make a plastic grill to vent to the wheel well. Some accent color on those wings would kick ***. Looks cleaner and more modern. Super smart of your design team to make the bottom accept the standard splitter that you guys already manufacture. Who do I write the check to?
