Looking for 13-14 PSI
Since I've finally gotten through a battle trying to find a good tuner.
NEVER use Jeff at Next Level Performance he almost blew my new motor.
I'm ready to crank the boost from 9psi to 13-14psi that I built the motor for. What pulley should put me there with a Vortech V-3? Mods right now are, Built LS3 383ci, Forged Wiseco Pistons, Callies Rods, 244/248, .612"/.615-116lsa, DP big mouth intake, Ported Stock heads, Ported IM, Ported TB, and a ECS meth kit being installed now.

Two of the best tuners in the country are in Florida. Matt@FSP and Howard@Redline. Either one can do a great tune.

v3 could be si or t, or ti. Hard to tell you what pulley for what boost. For ~700rwhp on an si that is typically a 3.4" on a stock crank pulley or a 3.6 on a 10% od crank.

Stock 6 rib? If so that will slip like crazy and even if it doesn't that maybe overspinning the blower like crazy.

I'm switching to a 8 rib at the same time to hopefully keep it all from slipping, I bought a 3.4 pulley also so I can see what makes the power and if it slips.

There's Jeremy Formato at Fasterproms in lutz FL, he's pretty good or travel to NC lol and Go to Heintz Racing. There THE best IMHO...With a high dollar motor it might be worth the travel time..

Florida is a disaster zone for vette tuners. Howard at redline or Matt at Florida speed. If it wasn't for those two my build would have been shipped interstate.

I can tell you this. My built 377 with a 22x/23x cam and good heads makes 13.5 lbs with a V3 Ti and a 3.47/8.0 pulley combo spinning 6500. Just shy of 800rwhp

Anyways, we can handle any type of boost tuning. I have many years experience calibrating these systems with same/similar modifications. Give us a shout 941-756-RACE, email (matt@floridaspeedandpower.com) or toss me a PM.
