So far I have gone through : M&H 325-50R15, 2 sets of Mickey Thompson ET Street Radial Pro and now I´m half way through Hoosier.

MT pro is best out of those. Hoosier did hook pretty well when they ware brand new or so. MT pro is best at the track and the street but none are really hooking like I would on the street. All of those last less than 100-200 miles.

How much well spinning are you getting with your setup? 8-9 psi will hook 3 gear 12 psi will hook 4 gear. This is on the street. If I go 14 or more I light up 4 gear. I have 18 psi in the tire and keep car as low as I can in the back. I have QA1 in rear and front. I would like more traction on the street.

What HP level are you guys talking about? 500, 700, 1000, 1200? This thread needs more specific information IMO if its going to be informative. A tire that works at 600 horse probably won't work at 1000. A tire for 600 whp is no problem...

1000+

I doubt 600rwhp people are running 15s. Or if they are, it is rare.

Unreal, I almost did but just bought the 17s when LG had the drag spindles for cheap. But ya, I have plans for over 650, but it will be later. Lol

Agreed. Icevette was talking about 8-14psi and if hes putting down 1k+ with that then I want motor specs!

I would not know how much RWHP I’m putting down. With the setup I had last year I was running 9,7-9,9 at 146-148 MPH at 15-16 psi which should be +- 850 RWHP. Old setup was PTE 5830 T25. New is DKT6266. This should add at least +150 RWHP do too much less restriction and also this allows more timing. I have issue with tuning the car sense there is no place with dino.
